What is a Scorecard Assessment?

The Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessment is an in-person inspection of your home’s building fabric and fixed appliances to establish comfort levels and generate a nationally recognised energy star rating – much like your white goods have. Combined with detailed results from the in-home inspection process, we can empower you to take cost-effective steps to reduce your home energy bills and carbon footprint.

The Benefits of a Scorecard Assessment

The Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessment is designed to give your home a star rating score that reflects the efficiency of your fixed appliances and building shell. This includes things like:

Lower Energy Bills

Be empowered with easy to understand information and prioritised recommendations to reduce your energy consumption and lower your bills.

Increased Comfort

A Scorecard Assessment can help guide renovations so you can take effective, smart action to make your home more comfortable in hot and cold weather.

Rental Premium

Keep quality rental tenants for longer and drive high investment return with a home that is more comfortable and costs less for your tenant to run.

Present your home as a premium offering to the market with a certified energy star rating score via the nationally recognised Scorecard Assessment process.
